We’ve featured a handful of vintage and rockabilly themed sessions, so thought you would love to see a simple, country-ish themed maternity session from JM Photography. Because you know, you all have a bit of throw-on-the-cowboy-boots in you – or at least, you’d want your clients to.

From JM Photography: There is this old abandoned farm near my home that I had been dying to do a maternity session at for over a year now.  I had the hardest time convincing moms to be that this would be such a cool spot to go to.  I finally found the right momma to be and we worked together to coordinate modern country looking outfits.  I have a friend who makes these awesome headbands so she let me borrow one of those for the shoot as well.  I’m so happy with how the photos turned out and I hope that these photos on my blog and website will inspire my next clients to take a leap of faith and do something “different” than the traditional maternity photos.  Different is good!  :)
