Inspire: Family Session by Andi Mans Photography

I thought this family session by Andi Mans Photography was interesting in the sense that she put up a backdrop (the lace blanket) in the middle of the park. It gives the session a bit of refinement while complementing the family’s clothing as well.

From Andi Mans Photography: A lovely and breezy afternoon in Winter Park, Florida! Ken and Nadia met me on Park Ave with their two precious children baby girl (6 months) and little boy (4 years old). I wanted this photo shoot to display a sense of clean, breezy, soft and chic/vintage feel to it, I thought a perfect touch would be for the family to wear white/cream clothing. I searched for a blanket that worked perfectly for the type of fabric I was wanting, found at a local thrift store. I attached the blanket fabric with twine to the tree to have the lazy soft display of a backdrop. The Roberts family had a great sense of just being themselves for the shoot as I usually tell my clients and families to just relax and be themselves. We don’t “pose” but just laugh, move, etc, I tend to joke with them while I shoot. This area is very historical and known for just that, so the park worked perfectly for this chic and airy shoot of the Roberts family.
