About Jen, Content Coordinator
Hello and thank you for visiting Inspire Me Baby. If you submit a session for consideration, you will likely have some correspondence with me. I handle the day-to-day operations of the site, coordinating the posts, guest articles, advertising and general web maintenance. My husband Paul and I are both writers and involved with a diverse creative community of photographers, writers, crafters, bakers and educators, both online and in our ‘everyday’ lives in Atlanta. I am here to foster the expressive voices of other artists and look forward to your participation in this community. Hi – My name is Liz LaBianca – A new photographer on the scene – who started living my dream on October 18th, 2010. For as long as I can remember – I have always loved photography. Yes, I was a typical shutterbug -momtog, but my love for photography ran so much deeper.
I love how a simple photo can transport you to a time and place in your life. I love how a simple photo can make you wonder what someone else’s life was like. I remember sitting on my grandmothers bed in a sea of black and white photos and wondering what life must have been life in the 40′s and why everyone looked so sad. I don’t know where I found the courage to do this.. but with $1000 dollars in my hand I sat down with my husband and declared with a passionate enthusiasm that I was ready to start my own business.
Thank goodness he realized that I wasn’t messing around and after a very tense week of talking through my business plan – he stood behind me and became the backbone of Liz LaBianca Photography. Throughout this last year – while I was slaving away teaching myself everything about photography my amazing husband was playing Mr. Mom to my 2 beautiful kids. As I start my second season of Liz LaBianca Photography, I am over the moon about this new opportunity to work with Inspire Me Baby and get to the nitty gritty of what makes the photographers that we admire “click”.

I got married and started photographing weddings in 2006. I’ve been incredibly lucky to have amazing clients and have been so happy to get to be a part of such an amazing event in their lives.
My husband and I decided to try for a baby and my son was born in April 2009 after much anxiety and hope.
My love of photographing babies and families grew as a result of the birth of my son. I also volunteer for Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep for this very same reason.
Photographing babies is completely different from weddings and, in some ways, much more difficult, I started inspiremebaby.com to grow as a baby photographer. As of August 1, 2011 the day to day operations of the site have been managed by Jen, although I continue to have an ongoing presence.
If you read this far, then you’d probably be interested to know I can’t dance, I like eating, and I have 2 dogs (and 1 cat).
